Good things are happening here. Extensive organic meat means
boerewors, hamburger patties and spare ribs. Local, seasonal produce still
reigns and take-aways have taken off. There are little tubs of date and
honey, and halva organic ice-cream, home-made soups and whole-wheat pies
decorated with ‘M’ for mushroom, ‘V’ for veggie and so on. The
organic baby food is always in demand.

at this little venue, has grown enormously over the last year. It now
includes an excellent spice range, dried fruit and nuts (including the
very illusive dried cranberries), rice products of every description,

arrive on Wednesdays and Fridays. The freezer is packed with frozen
