Spa cuisine came into its own in America in the late 1930’s when Elizabeth Arden opened ‘Maine Chance’, America’s first health and beauty farm, where they introduced Gaylord Hauser whose style of diet and books were followed assiduously around the world. See HEALTH! BREAST CANCER

By Sally-Ann Creed, Clinical Nutritionist,
gets to the heart of the breast cancer debate.

These very words strike fear into a woman’s heart, especially if you know someone who has fallen victim to this, or are one yourself. However, it does not have to be a death sentence, nor do you have to go the way of mammograms, surgery, drugs and expensive medical bills.
