IT’S A PEACH OF A DAY!

When Paula Plit was confronted by a large windfall of gorgeous yellow cling peaches this was a huge challenge, but being the feisty excellent cook she is, Paula simply rolled up her sleeves, cleared the decks and hauled out every conceivable preserve pan, glass jar, wooden spoon and whatever was required to turn this golden harvest into a plethora of peach dishes; compotes, chutneys, fruit leathers, preserves and more! Paula has shared her recipes for poached peaches, peach chutney and peach habanero jam with a hot twist. Enjoy!
