SEE! LOW CARB HIGH FAT DIET -
COULD IT IMPROVE CANCER OUTCOMES?

"It is my hope that one day people will truly learn how to make food their medicine,"  says Sally-Ann Creed.

There seems to be a cancer pandemic now – never before have there been so many people with cancer on the globe. With the incidence of cancer rising, the World Cancer Research Fund International has results for up to 2012, the latest data available, and they state, “There were an estimated 14.1 million cancer cases around the world in 2012, of these 7.4 million cases were in men and 6.7 million in women. This number is expected to increase to 24 million by 2035.”

HEALTH! COCONUT OIL AND ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE

By Sally-Ann Creed

As we stand by helplessly, we’re told nothing can help stop this dread disease, so we allow our beloved family members to be drugged and eventually left to stare into space living out their days in a world where they remember nobody, and cannot do anything but wait for death. Is that any way to leave a loved one if there is just maybe, something we can do to help?

By Sally-Ann Creed

Over the years Sally-Ann has found that she is dealing with many more patients who are struggling with cancer. Her advice to them is from the beginning take time to think, regain a sense of calm and control and speak to your family.

"Consider that every single food is like a letter," suggests Sally-Ann, "it carries a message to the cells - and you want that message to be good news, so make sure that 90% of what you eat is delivering that good news to your cells, this is the way to remain in tip top shape."
